Eat with your Eyes-Brunch

Yes, I love Pinterest (who doesn't?)

and

Yes, I love Brunch!

With Easter and Mother's Day coming up, we have a few brunch dates scheduled at our home. Brunch is so great to invite friends and family over to enjoy because many of this dishes can be served cold or warm, and require no immediate preparation to being served. This way we're allowed to spend time with our guests more and enjoy the day!

  1. Love these boards! I just joined pinterest and am trying to figure it out.

Love making these for brunch. My family has them on Christmas morning. It bakes while we open presents.

    Oven Omelettes
    1 dozen eggs
    ¼ cup milk
    1 tsp baking powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Cheese
    Diced tomatoes
Diced ham or crumbled bacon or spam
    Green peppers
    Sliced mushrooms
    Chopped onions
Mix eggs, milk, and baking powder with wire whisk or electric mixer. Add salt and pepper, pour in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients “(or use your imagination) you choose.” Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until done. Test doneness by inserting knife in egg mixture. If it comes out clean, it’s done.
