When I asked Aeris what type of party she'd like to have, she told me a painting party. Honestly, I didn't even have the camera out for much of the party because we all just had a bunch of fun. Sometimes it's nice to not be behind the lens all the time, and actually just enjoy the day. What I enjoyed most was watching Jason and his friends assemble the Barbie house. :)
I did make her this adorable smock from Oliver & S Little Things. It was a beautiful pattern, as all of their patterns are. I'll share more on that later!
I'm off to watch some Mildred Pierce and put contact paper on my acorns! I just started watching this mini series...have any of you watched? I really do love Kate Winslet... (What I'd really like to be doing right now is napping though! I never trust that Ephraim will nap so just lay in bed wondering if I'm hearing noises outside or him messing about the house...how do people actually "sleep when the baby sleeps"? I've never figured that out...now that my baby is nearly five!)
